Grappa di Bussia



Produced with Nebbiolo grape pomace from the vineyards in Bussia in the Monforte d’Alba area. Resulting from a careful distillation process while the pomace, still moist keeps Nebbiolo’s character and structure intact. Aging in small oak barrels imparts a golden color, gives its distinctive aromas and enhances its dry harmonious taste, creating a grappa with great personality.
